CANNONBALL RUN 2010

The main objective of the ”Cannonball Run”

To go from point A to point B in the target time and mileage.

Keeping within the law, this is not a race!!!!

Record your own mileage, even the tenths

And get a receipt at the start and finish

(Can be for anything) to record your time.

The targets will be kept secret until the results are announced at the Club meeting on

27th September 2010

( you can do more than one run , the norm is to do an outward and a inward trip) £1 PER entry

Details. The target this year is the cave complex overlooking the 'Capital of the Peak', Castleton. These caves should not be confused with the Speedwell Cavern that stands at the foot of the Winnats Pass.

REMEMBER this is NOT a race, time trial or anything even slightly competitive. Only the organiser knows which route was taken, how far it was and how long it took. So just enjoy the ride , note your time and mileage and see if it comes anywhere near the organisers target.
