Westhoughton Motor Cycle Club was established in 1987 and meets on the second and fourth Monday each month at The Red Lion pub, Wigan Road, Westhoughton. Meetings start at 8:15 p.m. (Most people arrive around 8:00 p.m.)
There are club runs on many weekends between March and October, these normally start from Lane Head, Lowton.
The club has a strong emphasis on families and runs regular social events for all tastes. You do not have to own a bike to be a member. You can still enjoy the club for what it is (a family bike club)
We do NOT restrict members to one type of bike. Our members ride all types from custom, classic, sports, retro and even the odd super scoot.
We hold camping week ends, the main one being held on August Bank Holiday.
If you think that we are the Club for you why not pay us a visit, you will be made very welcome.
Initial membership costs are £10.00 for the first year and £8.00 for subsequent years.
For enquiries and details about the Club contact the Chairman Linda Weaver or the Treasurer, Steph. Lee .
